Exciting News!

As you may be aware, our team at CHMRC has been at the forefront of COVID-19 efforts in Solano County for the past three years. Our  dedication has led to the vaccination of more than 27,925 community members and the completion of over 83,507 COVID-19 tests. Today, we stand on the threshold of an exciting new chapter as we introduce the Solano Community Health Hub's new and revitalized space.

With a renewed commitment to the well-being of the Solano community post-COVID, our new location continues to be situated within the Solano Town Center, adjacent to Victoria’s Secret. Our revitalized hub will not only serve as a vital resource for the community at large but also as a beacon for local community-based organizations in Solano. This is where they can explore avenues to amplify their missions, foster impactful partnerships, and join hands to address health equity needs across Solano County.

We extend an invitation to you to join the ranks of esteemed organizations we are proud to collaborate with, such as Voices Solano, Child Start, Food is Free Solano, and many others. Our collective strength truly lies in unity.

We are thrilled to provide you with further information and opportunities for partnership as we approach our official launch scheduled for this September. Keep an eye out for more updates coming your way!
